The initial check-in and shuttle service were excellent. The shuttle was prompt, and the driver was very personable. However, the rest of my service experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I brought my 2022 Buick Envision in for a recall, also opting for an oil change and tire rotation. I reported that the vehicle was slow to start and asked for the battery to be checked, noting it had been replaced by this same dealership just 18 months prior. Initially, the service advisor called to inform me the battery had low voltage and recommended a replacement at a quoted price. After brief research, I approved the replacement via the dealership's texted link. When I called for a status update later that day, I was told I had not confirmed the replacement. Reviewing the service documentation, I saw that the battery had actually tested as "good," which contradicted the advisor's initial report. Given this inconsistency and the battery's recent replacement, I no longer felt comfortable authorizing the service. Upon arrival, my vehicle would not start, and I had to use my own portable jumper. There had been no communication from the staff that the car was inoperable. The situation escalated on my drive home when the headlights began blinking on and off intermittently—a severe safety hazard. That this critical safety issue was not identified or, if it was, not communicated to me is highly concerning. This experience has significantly eroded my confidence in this service department's competence and integrity.

Friendly, helpful. Technician diagnosed irritating noise coming from the engine and was able to fix and replace power steering pump. I was told by Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner Washington that it was normal. They lied and dealt with listening to hit for months. I am glad that I no longer have to put up with it. The service was completed as stated and on time. I do think your dealership should have one person (who contacts each driver) to coordinate your courtesy drivers so that if there is a conflict with which driver is to drop off or pick up a customer doesn't get messed up by failing to get a customer at the needed/appropriate time.

He was my service advisor at Landers McLarty for my Silverado until he moved over to Bentley, much to our surprise since we also have our Buick Enclave serviced at Bentley. Very honest and points out things we weren’t aware of, like the exhaust leak! He’s a good man!

Mo Marzano, along with the shuttle driver, Joseph Lucas or Logan, I believe, was absolutely outstanding to work with. I’ve owned many vehicles over the years, from domestic brands to high‑end imports, so I’ve spent plenty of time in service centers. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled into the service department, to meeting Mo, to the courtesy ride, all the way through vehicle pickup, everything was seamless and exceptional. A++

While negotiating the deal, which included my trade in, everything was handled professionally, all numbers were on the table, no hidden fees. The salesperson, and sales manager were involved in explaining the trade. Even the owner of the dealership stopped by to say hello. Very comfortable feeling.

My experience buying my 2021 Silverado went well. But, after purchase I found that I couldn’t pair my phone with the truck and the info system needs to be replaced. I am scheduled to return on Feb 6th. This is an inconvenience done I need the truck for a trip out of town on February 2nd.. I was pleased with the service I received from the sales department.

Nelson was amazing, he took time to listen to me and even brought in a vehicle that better matched my needs. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was with me through the entire buy process. All other employees involved were also great and explained things and were very accommodating through the process also. A great experience for sure.

The repair on my 2007 Envoy was challenging because a new gas tank wasn't available and a used tank had to be sourced through the open market. Bentley was able to source the part and make the repair. Heath Blasingame kept me updated through the entire process and I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.

Hector was very professional and kept me notified of all that was going on. I like the like that tells you about your car. The return time was to long for me. My appointment was 8:00 on a Friday and my car was not returned until 1:00 on Tuesday. We did have bad weather at the time to maybe that was why.

I scheduled and took my 2024 GMC Denali into Bentley GMC, after receiving a “service engine soon” light message. I met with Hector Analista, Service Advisor, and he was very professional and extremely helpful. He informed me what the issues were with my vehicle with great detail. I would strongly recommend Hector and Bentley GMC for all your vehicles and service needs.

Was there to pick up vehicle after service. Was taken to the cashier but she didn’t have the any paperwork on my truck. Was told to go to see an advisor who then told me to go to the cashier. I explained that she didn’t have any paperwork. He then printed the paperwork, walked back to the cashier where I provided a CC for payment. Only after she ran my card sis she tell me that there would be an additional 3% charge. Hard to believe that a company as large as this tacks on a charge for CC!! I asked about a debit card where she said no additional charge. I then said “that would have been nice to know earlier”. She indicated that a sign is posted on the window. Sorry. Didn’t see it!! Bolt still missing from the bed cover. (Which was one reason why it was there. Needed to order parts). I requested that something be installed as I almost lost it due to wind. I waited for approx 20 min then told the advisor that I would take care of it when I got home. Arrived home and they apparently removed the second bolt on the other side to try to get a bolt that fit. I drove home not knowing that there was nothing to hold the cover from blowing off while driving! Not good. Communicated with my advisor the next day but was out sick that day and she apologized and assured me that all would be taken care of when the ordered parts arrived.

Dropped my car three times to have a problem resolved, only to be told the third time that there is no resolution. Further, I was told that GMC is aware of the problem and will have a fix in the near future. Also, the wait time to check my car is entirely too long.

Kevin is a true joy to work with during getting your car serviced. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. The cost of breaks is outrageous what you all charge for a $75 part. Three times the price is a crazy in my opinion. The service was great the price was not.

Service Department provided step by step notifications throughout the repairing of our vehicle.

Bad experience with the initial car to schedule the service for my car. I requested a loaner and was immediately told they didn’t know if they would have one. The service advisor that worked with me was a little abrasive. I don’t know if he repeatedly questioned me to get the details of my service correct or didn’t believe what truly happened. When I picked up my car I thought they would have performed a simple was and vacuum but they didn’t. I guess they don’t do that at their dealership. Seriously considering going to a different dealership for my service. Customer service is big to me….

The service I received was fine. I was supposed to get a differential fluid service in addition to an oil change and was told about 3 hours. 4 hours later I contacted them and nothing had been done yet, so I had to drop what that and only get the bare minimum. Bottom line, terrible communication and I’ll go elsewhere for service more complicated than an oil change and tire rotation.

I'm very upset because they performed the services I requested. But I'm certain that only ONE SENSOR needed fixing regarding the tires, and I have recent receipts from the shop where I had the other 3 sensors replaced not long ago. The display showed all the information about the air pressure, but now, after your service, it doesn't show any information about the 3 sensors that my car SHOULD HAVE IN GOOD CONDITION. And according to your mechanic, I need to replace all 4 sensors. I think it's outrageous that they want me to fix what, I repeat, I'm sure my car should still have in good working order.

Upon arrival I was welcomed and treated very well. My vehicle was serviced while I waited. I experienced no problems at all.
